Refund & Cancellation Policy
At G-land Life, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity for our guests, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
Cancellation Rules
More than 30 days before arrival → 80% refund (20% admin fee applies).
15–30 days before arrival → 70% refund.
7–14 days before arrival → 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before arrival → Non-refundable.
No-show or early departure → Non-refundable.
Additional Notes
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Bank transfer or credit card fees are non-refundable.
If we must cancel your booking due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), you may choose between a full refund or a credit voucher for future travel.
