1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.

• A deposit (amount stated during checkout) is required to secure your reservation.

• Full payment must be completed before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Prices & Inclusions

• Prices displayed are per person unless stated otherwise.

• Inclusions (accommodation, meals, surf guiding, transport, etc.) will be detailed on each package.

• Additional costs such as travel insurance, visa fees, or personal expenses are not included.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (see below).

• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

• All guests are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Surfing carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• www.g-land.life and our partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

• We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel activities due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect local culture, environment, staff, and other travelers.

• We reserve the right to remove any guest engaging in dangerous, illegal, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.
